Delivery Process
Shipping, or delivery, is the process that ensures your order reaches you in a timely manner.
Delivery Fees: We deliver nationwide and offer the following delivery options:
- Delivery to PUDO locker: R60
- Courier to your door: R100
- Free Delivery on all orders over R850 (applies at checkout).
Exclusions to free deliveries are bulk orders that are over 10kgs (more than 19 candles) due to special care, packaging and handling that need to be arranged. Please contact the store on TellUs@viridiancrafts.com to arrange delivery of bulk orders and we will find the best courier prices for you.
Delivery Times: All orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days. The allows us to make your products the moment you order, if necessary. You'll receive notifications as your order makes its way to you.
Back-Ordered Products: If you're purchasing a product on back-order, it means we craft it once you place your order. We're dedicated to delivering your order within 14 days, and we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
Delivery Delays: While our alchemists work diligently, rare busy periods or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delivery delays. Rest assured, we'll make every effort to minimize any inconvenience and keep you updated. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
