Queen Elenthia Argen formally takes the Silver Throne as the Vale prepares for a new era of rule.

The Vale has a sovereign once more.
Queen Elenthia Argen of the Vale, the third of her line, was crowned in early Spring beneath cedar boughs on the great stone platform. Representatives from across the Realm bore witness.
The Vale had endured three full Ages without a true ruler - governed instead by regency and diminishing confidence. The former regent hastily withdrew after a bleak season of failed harvests and fractured alliances.
Queen Elenthia ascended without spectacle, following rigorous preparation for her role since her birth. Educated in five Realm languages and trained in diplomatic strategy from adolescence
Her Majesty was coronated with clear mandate and a steely resolve.
The Vale is a low basin edged with fir-dark forests and trade roads that remember every army that has crossed them. Its people are practical. They value warmth and distrust theatrics.
To honour her accession, the Queen’s signature fragrance was burned during oath-taking: white tea leaves, jasmine, sage and oakmoss.
Under her governance, the Vale’s winter stores are strengthened, and border tolls have stabilised. River trade has resumed under new surveillance.
The Vale is ready for a prosperous winter.
